If you've read this far (thank you!), you may be asking yourself the question, "Why is this Faith of Christianity so important?" Well, I'm sure there are libraries-full of books dealing with that question. But I'd like to share five reasons that have been important in my life.
Integrity (it holds together): I was made to contain God's image, so he loves me, redeems me when I break from him, uses me to help others today, and when I'm done here, will welcome me home.
Direction: God communicates with me in many ways, and has given me precious guidance and assurance through the thick and thin of my life.
Support: I receive life-long learning and encouragement both from God and from Christians I have been connected with. Makes life good!
Forgiveness: Because I trust in Jesus' sacrifice for forgiveness of ALL my sins, I have 100% confidence that God will accept me when I die. 100%!.
Win-Win: I'm 84 years old. If I'm able to continue through more of life's health challenges, I WIN! But if life ends - even suddenly - I WIN! Because I'll be back home with God. That's a very good feeling that I wouldn't trade for anything.
I encourage you to also seriously consider this faith, quietly listen for God's Holy Spirit, and respond when you hear him.

Here's the good news in compact form: "For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life."
